Position: Call Center Representative

Compensation: $19/hour

Location: Irving, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you’ll support inbound mortgage servicing calls and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for each customer. If you have call center or customer service experience and want to contribute to an important team, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle inbound mortgage servicing calls
• Provide clear, professional customer support
• Resolve questions efficiently and accurately
• Document call details and updates as needed
• Support customers with routine servicing inquiries
• Maintain a helpful and service-oriented approach

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Call center or customer service experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort handling inbound customer calls
• Professional and solution-focused approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Mortgage industry experience
• Prior experience with servicing-related calls
• Experience in high-volume customer support
