Position: Senior Technical Business Analyst

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a technically minded business analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into practical solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape project outcomes, support data integration efforts, and help improve banking operations through thoughtful analysis and delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Lead assigned projects from planning through delivery
• Create process flows, functional designs, and documentation
• Support data integration and system implementation efforts
• Facilitate meetings and align stakeholders on priorities
• Manage project risks, timelines, and status reporting
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and internal teams
• Support change management and solution adoption

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years of business analysis experience
• 4 years of banking experience required
• 3-5 years of data integration experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Experience gathering technical specifications and requirements
• Ability to work with developers, engineers, and vendors
• Alteryx experience
• Db2 database experience
• Enterprise Content Management experience
• Knowledge of cloud-based software and integrations
• Experience leading enterprise-level projects
• Understanding of banking products and operations
• Project management experience
• Exposure to networking and server fundamentals
