Position: Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Indirect Services

Compensation: $130000 – $160000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Irving, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Indirect Services to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys owning sourcing activity, digging into data, and influencing category decisions. You’ll support indirect services categories in a highly strategic environment where analysis, collaboration, and execution all matter. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Run end-to-end sourcing events for assigned subcategories
• Build RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Evaluate bids and recommend awards
• Conduct spend analysis and supplier market research
• Develop cost models and benchmarking analyses
• Support category strategy with market and supplier insights
• Lead lower-complexity negotiations and renewals
• Coordinate contracting and third-party review workflows
• Track renewals, supplier records, and sourcing pipelines
• Support reporting, scorecards, and process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–6 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events independently
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and cost modeling
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of commercial contract terms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of procure-to-pay processes or systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in indirect services categories
• Exposure to HR, consulting, professional services, or facilities
• Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Omnea, or Oracle
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of third-party risk or privacy review processes
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization
• Progress toward CPSM, MCIPS, or similar certification
