Position: Desktop Support Technician
Compensation: $ 25 – 27 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to support a growing team in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work onsite, helping keep users productive with hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and strong customer service. If you enjoy solving problems, working directly with people, and being part of a team with real momentum, this role could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide onsite desktop and floor support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with Windows imaging and Active Directory tasks
- Deliver professional, customer-focused technical support
- Support managers and staff with clear communication
- Handle workstation setup and issue resolution
- Move between desks and support areas as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of Windows support experience
- Experience with desktop or floor support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft products
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Windows imaging
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Comfortable with a hands-on, mobile support role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Technical degree or related education
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment
- Prior exposure to onsite office support
- Familiarity with end-user support best practices

Other Information:
- Open-ended contract opportunity
- Onsite schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday schedule: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Role is based in Columbus, Ohio
