Position: Systems Administrator

Compensation: $40 – 60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma-Hybrid

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity to support a busy IT environment with meaningful projects and visible impact. The team is looking for someone who can step in and help with Microsoft-based infrastructure, day-to-day systems support, and upcoming initiatives tied to ITSM and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support Microsoft environment administration and maintenance
• Work with Active Directory, O365, and M365 systems
• Assist with systems and server-related projects
• Support endpoint management tools and processes
• Help implement and improve ITSM-related tools
• Collaborate with the IT team on open infrastructure needs
• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day technical support
• Contribute to hybrid onsite support as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in systems administration or similar IT support role
• Strong knowledge of O365 and M365
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Ability to support Microsoft-centric environments
• Ability to work onsite in Tahlequah on a hybrid schedule
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SCCM
• Experience with InTune
• Experience with Azure
• ITSM implementation experience
• TeamDynamix experience
• Enterprise-level project support experience
