Position: IT Business Analyst

Compensation: $45 – $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a large-scale Operations Transformation initiative and a cross-functional NextGen Operations program. The selected professional will play a key role in gathering requirements, coordinating with vendors, and helping drive progress across multiple parallel workstreams. If you thrive in enterprise environments and enjoy turning business needs into clear action, this role offers a strong opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support vendor coordination and communication
• Work across multiple parallel project workstreams
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables
• Help maintain project alignment and momentum
• Support enterprise-level transformation efforts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong business analysis experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Vendor management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with requirements gathering and documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with operations transformation initiatives
• Background in large, complex project environments
• Exposure to cross-functional process improvement efforts
