Position: Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $ 19/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys high-volume, process-driven work. You’ll support a backlog of provider contracts, helping ensure records are accurate and properly processed in the system. If you thrive in a structured environment and take pride in doing precise work, this role offers a chance to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review provider contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Process contract data within the system
• Work through a large backlog efficiently
• Verify information carefully before submission
• Maintain consistent data entry quality
• Support ongoing administrative processing needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with data entry or administrative processing
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Comfort working through a high-volume workload
• Reliable and dependable work style
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience with contract processing
• Background in healthcare or provider data
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Familiarity with record review or compliance-driven work
