Position: Bookkeeper

Compensation: $24 – $29 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional who enjoys variety, client-facing work, and keeping financial operations running smoothly. You’ll support multiple clients, work closely with senior accounting staff, and play a key role in maintaining accurate books, processing payroll, and helping deliver dependable financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Track loan balances, interest, and amortisation schedules
• Handle accounts payable tasks and process payments
• Generate invoices, record payments, and prepare deposits
• Assist with basic financial statement preparation
• Process payroll and related tax reports
• Maintain organised client records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients on routine matters

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks Desktop or Online experience
• Payroll processing and reporting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Professional communication and discretion with sensitive information

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with practice management software
• Exposure to basic financial statement preparation
• Experience supporting multiple clients or accounts
• Familiarity with year-end accounting workflows

• Work-from-home flexibility available after 90 days on select Fridays
