Position: IT Project Manager

Compensation: $ 60 – 70/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team!

This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-impact IT projects supporting a major SAP S/4 transformation. You’ll oversee complex initiatives from start to finish, help keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track, and work closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you enjoy guiding teams, solving problems, and driving results, this role offers a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead IT projects through all phases from initiation to completion
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and dependencies
• Track project spend and support forecast accuracy
• Coordinate resources, staffing, and vendor relationships
• Support Agile practices and PMO standards
• Communicate project status and expectations to stakeholders
• Drive issue resolution and mitigation efforts
• Conduct lessons learned and post-project reviews
• Coach team members on project processes and governance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of directly related experience
• Or associate’s degree with 10+ years of related experience
• Or 12+ years of directly related experience
• Experience leading IT projects in a business environment
• Experience working with large data sets and analytical decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in deadline-driven, results-focused environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP-related IT projects
• Experience with Scrum methodologies
• Experience using JIRA
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
• PMP certification
• ACP or Certified Scrum Master certification
