Position: Plant Manager (Night Shift)

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Manager (Night Shift) to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader to take ownership of a full plant operation during night shift. In this role, you’ll help drive production performance, quality, and continuous improvement across the entire facility. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, this position offers a chance to make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations during the night shift
• Manage production planning and schedule execution
• Lead quality processes and support root cause analysis
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
• Coach, train, and support production team members
• Monitor safety standards and promote a safe work environment
• Coordinate with supply chain and sales on workflow needs
• Oversee inventory and help improve operational processes
• Support staffing and forecasting for production demand

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Prior experience in a management role
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with 5S implementation or support
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple team members effectively
• Degree in engineering preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with electrical and mechanical CNC processes
• Background in fabrication and production oversight
• Lean Six Sigma training
• Experience supporting RCAs and corrective actions
• Familiarity with UL508A industrial control panel manufacturing
• Exposure to forecasting and staffing coordination

Other Information:

• Night shift schedule: 3:00 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday
• This role will remain on night shift until sometime in 2027
• Position oversees both production and fabrication operations
• Will lead a team of 6-10 leads and 40-80 employees
• Strong focus on on-time delivery and operational excellence
