Position: SAP Basis Administrator

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join their team!

This is a strong direct hire opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who wants to own critical Basis and security support in a hands-on environment. The team is backfilling an important role, and this position offers the chance to step into a high-impact seat with visibility, stability, and strong long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support SAP Basis administration across multiple systems
• Manage transports between SAP environments
• Assist with SAP security administration and access support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and system-related challenges
• Partner with internal teams on system stability and support
• Maintain secure and reliable SAP operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior-level SAP Basis experience
• Strong background managing SAP system transports
• Hands-on SAP security knowledge
• Ability to support both Basis and security functions
• Experience working in a technical SAP administration environment
• Comfortable operating in an onsite setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Basis in one organization and security in another
• Deep technical confidence and problem-solving ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
• Familiarity with SAP security transaction codes
• Experience supporting enterprise-level SAP environments
