Position: Human Resources Clerk

Compensation: $20 – $21 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Human Resources Clerk to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll support recruiting operations from start to finish, helping keep requisitions moving, candidates informed, and hiring managers supported. If you enjoy process-driven work and making an impact behind the scenes, this role could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding
• Manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Track candidate progress and hiring updates daily
• Support offer management and pre-employment steps
• Prepare recruitment status updates and reports
• Assist with job postings and employer branding efforts
• Follow established HR processes and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of HR experience
• HR experience in recruitment, payroll, classification, benefits, or related work
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar ATS platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in process improvement or workflow optimization
• Experience coordinating high-volume hiring efforts
• PHR or SPHR certification
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

• Full-time, in-office schedule, Monday through Friday
