Position: IT SOX Analyst

Compensation: $40 – 52/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT SOX Analyst to join their team!

This fully remote contract opportunity supports a high-impact IT SOX program with meaningful audit coordination work. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to organize evidence, validate documentation, and keep testing activities moving smoothly. If you enjoy being the person who brings structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex audit requests, this role offers excellent visibility and real day-to-day impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate IT SOX evidence requests from intake through final submission
• Track requests, deadlines, and status updates in designated tools
• Work with internal owners to collect required supporting documentation
• Review evidence for completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
• Identify gaps and coordinate follow-up documentation when needed
• Upload and organize evidence using approved naming and folder standards
• Support communication with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for audit traceability
• Assist with process improvements and workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of IT SOX professional experience
• Hands-on ITGC testing or coordination experience
• Experience supporting SOC Type 1 and SOC Type 2 reviews
• Experience managing evidence requests and audit documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with internal teams and external parties
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with VDI-hosted trackers or SharePoint
• Background supporting audit platforms or request intake tools
• Prior exposure to GRC or control testing workflows
• Experience preparing dashboards or status reporting
• Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
