Position: Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Compensation: $ 30 – 35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to join their team!

Step into a high-impact contract opportunity supporting revenue cycle systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role blends system support, process improvement, training, and hands-on problem solving to help keep operations running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to support payer enrollments, clearinghouse tools, ERA and EFT processes, and day-to-day RevIT ticket work.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support revenue cycle systems and related workflows.
• Manage payer enrollments for facility-side operations.
• Work within clearinghouse portals and payer websites.
• Handle ERA and EFT agreement processes.
• Respond to RevIT helpdesk tickets and requests.
• Create clear documentation, policies, and workflow guides.
• Train users on systems and process updates.
• Validate data and support report accuracy.
• Assist with configuration, edits, and troubleshooting.
• Support on-call rotation and off-hours needs as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical healthcare experience.
• At least 2 years in revenue cycle systems.
• At least 2 years with Cerner or Epic billing systems.
• Experience with healthcare business intelligence and reporting.
• Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of hospital and professional billing workflows.
• Ability to interpret data across multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with charge master and patient accounting support.
• Knowledge of government compliance and reporting requirements.
• Background supporting clinical or operational systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
• Prior experience with disaster recovery or outage planning.
