Position: IT Delivery Manager

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Delivery Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology delivery, portfolio management, and executive visibility. In this role, you’ll help shape how initiatives are prioritized, planned, and delivered while guiding a talented team that supports business-wide technology efforts. It’s a great chance to influence strategy, strengthen delivery practices, and make a measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of project, business, and QA professionals
• Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and delivery execution
• Partner with leaders on capacity planning and resource alignment
• Track budgets, forecasts, and actual versus planned project costs
• Provide executive reporting on health, risks, and financials
• Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement
• Support strategic planning and technology roadmap alignment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years leading technology projects, programs, portfolios, or PMO functions
• 8+ years of project portfolio management experience
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• PMP certification
• Experience managing budgets over $5 million
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Insurance industry experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience using SharePoint
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, including Visio and Project
• Experience leading organizational change
• Background in building new processes and adoption strategies
