Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $60 – $64 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is an excellent opportunity to support complex utility projects while working closely with engineers, supply chain, operations, and contractors. The role offers exposure to a variety of distribution and reliability initiatives, along with a collaborative environment and a strong focus on project delivery, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk from start to finish
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
• Track project status and provide regular updates
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource needs
• Support financial analysis, funding, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with project and safety requirements
• Lead project closeout and post-project reviews
• Organize work across multiple projects and priorities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Construction Management with 5 years’ PM experience
• Or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years related experience
• Or Associate’s degree with 9 years related experience
• Or 12 years related experience in project management, engineering, construction, or utility operations
• At least 1 year leading projects
• Experience managing project initiation, planning execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines
• Valid state driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Utility industry experience
• PMP certification
• SAP experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and related operations
• Experience with ArcFM, CCS, or CRTS
• Background supporting distribution, transmission, or substation projects

• Onsite role with up to two remote days after onboarding.

• Strong focus on communication, organization, and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Product is highly valued.
