Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys high-volume invoice processing and keeping financial operations running smoothly. You’ll join a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- Work within OpenInvoice for invoice handling
- Communicate with internal team members regarding invoice status
- Maintain attention to detail in daily AP workflows
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience processing invoices in a professional setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Comfort using OpenInvoice or similar systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Prior experience with similar AP workflow systems
- Background supporting administrative functions
