Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys high-volume invoice processing and keeping financial operations running smoothly. You’ll join a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed
• Work within OpenInvoice for invoice handling
• Communicate with internal team members regarding invoice status
• Maintain attention to detail in daily AP workflows

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience processing invoices in a professional setting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Comfort using OpenInvoice or similar systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil and gas industry experience
• Prior experience with similar AP workflow systems
• Background supporting administrative functions
