Position: Account Manager

Compensation: $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Account Manager to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional to take ownership of established national accounts and help drive long-term growth. In this role, you’ll manage customer relationships, support account expansion, and partner closely with internal technical teams to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage assigned customer accounts after business development handoff
• Support account growth through repeat and expansion opportunities
• Maintain regular customer communication and follow-up
• Coordinate commercial quotations and account planning
• Partner with Sales Engineering on technical support needs
• Visit customers and engineering firms as needed
• Track sales performance across multiple reporting periods
• Prepare travel and expense reports promptly
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience managing customer relationships in a sales environment
• Ability to support account growth and customer retention
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfort working with internal technical partners
• Ability to travel 10-20%
• Experience negotiating pricing, terms, and schedules
• Proficiency with customer record-keeping systems
• Professional, confident, and collaborative approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in HVAC or refrigeration-related industries
• Background working with national accounts
• Technical sales support experience
• Familiarity with selection software or product configuration
• Experience visiting customers and engineering firms
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor positioning
• Ability to discuss products at a high level
