Position: Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping orders moving smoothly from entry through shipment. You’ll take ownership of complex and non-standard orders, help improve ERP accuracy, and play a key role in keeping month-end shipments on track. It’s a hands-on position with real visibility across the site and a clear path to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage complex, non-standard, and export orders from entry through shipment
• Enter and update order details accurately in the ERP system
• Resolve order errors before they reach customers or invoices
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams
• Support month-end efforts to ship orders within the period
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Provide proactive updates on delays, changes, or shortages
• Prepare and verify export documentation
• Support the Customer Service Representative with non-routine issues
• Identify process improvements and document repeatable procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree required
• 2–3 years of customer service or order management experience
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
• Working knowledge of an ERP system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow through reliably
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Background with export documentation
• Freight coordination experience
• Familiarity with Deacom ERP
• Interest in customer service leadership
• Comfort working across departments
• Experience improving processes and procedures
