Position: HR Coordinator

Compensation: $25 – 30 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Coordinator to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being at the center of day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll support payroll, HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations while helping maintain a smooth and compliant employee experience. It’s a great fit for someone who likes variety, values precision, and wants to make a real impact across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support payroll inquiries, timesheet adjustments, and PTO tracking
• Process employee updates, including hires, terminations, and pay changes
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate recurring reports
• Assist with HRIS administration and system updates
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, and hiring communications
• Support onboarding, orientations, I-9s, and E-Verify processes
• Help with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and COBRA notices
• Assist with employee relations, compliance, and HR documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of HR or payroll support experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, service-oriented approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/payroll system
• Background supporting multiple HR functions
• Experience generating HRIS reports and auditing records
• Exposure to payroll reconciliations or benefits administration
• Experience supporting employee relations processes
