Position: Production Engineer

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Engineer to join their team!

This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys improving production performance, solving process challenges, and leading operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on day-to-day operations while building toward future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support daily production across chemical processing equipment
• Improve throughput, yields, cycle times, and product quality
• Perform material balance and production data analysis
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Develop SOPs, production instructions, and technical documents
• Partner with maintenance on preventive maintenance planning
• Supervise operators and support shift coordination
• Promote safety, compliance, and training best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role within chemical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of chemical production processes
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and process issues
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles
• Experience working in PSM-regulated environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with production or process modeling software
• Exposure to CAPEX planning or project input
• Background in HAZOP, MOC, or incident investigations
• Experience coaching and developing team members
• Familiarity with continuous improvement projects

• On-site schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
