Position: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $ 27 – 35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a top energy company to help find a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys accuracy, process, and being part of a close-knit team. In this long term contract role, you’ll support core accounts payable functions and help keep operations running smoothly in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with contract and MSA execution tasks
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve AP issues
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation
• Use Excel to support reporting and tracking needs
• Help ensure compliance with established AP procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Teachable, receptive, and open to learning
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Strong Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior MSA contract execution experience
• Experience in a high-volume AP environment
