Position: Accountant

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of core financial processes and making an impact behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end close, and strengthening accounting operations in a collaborative, business-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Manage prepaid expense accounts and amortization schedules
• Complete financial reviews and analyze account activity
• Assist with annual property tax filings and related submissions
• Review financial data and help support business decisions
• Support audits by gathering documentation and resolving discrepancies
• Identify process improvements for accounting workflows and controls

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with general ledger systems and account reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite
• Ability to support audits and maintain accurate financial records

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification or progress toward certification
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience
• Experience improving accounting processes or systems
• Exposure to accounting system implementations or upgrades
• Power BI experience
