Compensation: $52-55k 

Location: Tulsa, OK 

Position: Payroll Processor 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Processor to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll operations, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and hands-on experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro).

Responsibilities:

• Process multiple payroll runs on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Utilize UKG (UltiPro) to input, audit, and verify payroll data
• Ensure accurate recording of earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Generate custom payroll reports using advanced Excel functions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organization
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in UKG (UltiPro) payroll software.
