Compensation: $100,000–$110,000
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, 
Position: Plant Accountant II

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Accountant II to join their team! This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys a diverse and challenging accounting role in a dynamic environment. The position offers a chance to work across several key areas in accounting and finance, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders, and making a meaningful impact on financial reporting and compliance. This opening is due to growth within the department, offering long-term career potential and a chance to join a collaborative and supportive finance team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries, regulatory reports, and assist with budgeting activities
• Perform accounting tasks including customer accounts and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Support tax-related work including calculations and tax return preparation
• Verify and perform calculations such as depreciation, allocations, and financial ratios
• Use accounting systems and tools to analyze and compare financial data and reporting
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Provide data and respond to inquiries from auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient with standard office software and accounting systems
• Understanding of core accounting principles and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience with corporate tax preparation and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex documents
