Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 (DOE)

Location: Tulsa, OK 

Position: HCM Analyst 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HCM Analyst to join their team!

Our client is seeking someone to help with their transformation from UKG to Dayforce. 

Responsibilities:

• Keep up with Dayforce updates / enhancements
• Troubleshoot HCM system as issues arise 
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HCM platform configurations
• Prepare testing strategies, develop test scripts, and conduct end-user testing for new features and configurations
• Provide end-user training

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• HCM platform experience; Ideally Dayforce, but are open to Oracle HCM, Workday, Paycor, or similar HCM platforms
