Compensation: $24.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Location: Houston, TX 

Position: Accounts Payable Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team!

This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, supporting accurate financial reporting, and assisting with various office clerical functions. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in Oracle in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
• Identify and escalate invoice discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Scan and organize vendor invoices using the company’s imaging system.
• Coordinate with accounting team members to ensure proper month-end cutoff and timely close of accounts payable.
• Provide support with general office and clerical duties as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to process improvements.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in accounts payable and Oracle is a plus.
