Position:Desktop Support Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will support both hardware and engineering-specific applications in a hybrid environment that includes Office 365 and on-premise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot and support engineering applications used by internal teams.

• Maintain user access, perform system updates, and ensure smooth operations in a hybrid (Office 365 + on-premise) environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–5 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without constant oversight.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting engineering or CAD applications.

• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and hybrid IT environments.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and server-side support.
