Position: SEC Financial Reporting Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a highly visible role supporting key financial reporting and technical accounting functions for a reputable organization. This role became available due to a former employee’s departure and offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investor Relations, FP&A, and senior leadership. The position also supports regular interaction with internal and external auditors and plays a critical role in financial filings and strategic presentations.

Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, with associated schedules and documentation
• Assemble and deliver internal financial reporting packages on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Act as a liaison with auditors by coordinating data requests and responses
• Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in the development of investor materials and Board presentations
• Handle monthly Statement of Cash Flow reporting and journal entries related to leases and equity compensation
• Assist with technical accounting issues such as revenue recognition, EPS, leases, and asset retirement obligations
• Research financial and accounting inquiries and respond with clear analysis
• Provide updates and maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding close processes and filing deliverables

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience with 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures and internal controls
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• CPA certification or progress toward completion
• Background in public accounting
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
• Experience with lease accounting and share-based compensation
• Open to occasional travel
