Compensation: $81,000 – $100,000 
Location: Tulsa, OK
Position: Production Supervisor

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Supervisor to join their team!

The Production Supervisor will play a key role in daily operations, directly overseeing production teams, supporting the integration of advanced automation equipment, and driving continuous improvement across the shop floor. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production team members, setting expectations and driving performance
• Execute daily production plans, monitor metrics, and adjust staffing as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Support automation initiatives, safety practices, and continuous improvement efforts
• Manage onboarding, training, cross-training, and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards, safety guidelines, and company policies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a production or operations environment
• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong familiarity with shop floor processes and production metrics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Background in automation, robotics welding, or steel/fabrication manufacturing
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with continuous improvement strategies and change management
• Understanding of 5S standards and ERP systems
