Position: Accounting Services Manager

Compensation: $ 100,000 – 140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Services Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Review and approve account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate transaction recording
• Adjust journal entries as needed
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements
• Collaborate with tax team for compliance
• Train and guide bookkeeping team
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Address complex client bookkeeping issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in bookkeeping/accounting roles
• Expert proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Experience in payroll processing
• Ability to analyze financial statements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in diverse industries
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• CPA or similar credential
