Position: Help Desk Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic IT professional to take ownership of a help desk team in a small, fast-paced environment. The organization values versatility, compliance, and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily ticketing operations, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently
• Host daily stand-up meetings to review outstanding tickets and assign priorities
• Maintain and audit documentation and compliance for all help desk activities
• Oversee hardware tracking and software monitoring within Salesforce
• Coordinate with internal teams to address issues related to networking, databases, and device management
• Ensure all processes and documentation are kept up to date and compliant with internal standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with a range of technologies including Windows environments, networking, and databases
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and experience maintaining accurate documentation
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational skills to stay on top of tickets, documentation, and daily operations
• Comfortable leading meetings and ensuring alignment across team priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience using Salesforce for IT hardware/software tracking
• Experience working with a small company
• A collaborative, team-oriented personality
