Position: Electrical Engineer

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and develop solar panel systems and components
• Collaborate with permitting agencies and power companies
• Seal solar designs with a PE license in Oklahoma
• Work closely with a build crew on installations
• Become knowledgeable about solar batteries and EV chargers
• Contribute to building an engineering firm within the company
• Establish and improve engineering processes
• Engage in the day-to-day operations of solar technology design

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or capability to obtain in Oklahoma
• Experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Strong understanding of solar technology and components
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical engineering degree with 5+ years in electrical work
• Experience in renewable energy projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-building skills
