Position: Electrical Engineer (PE)

Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000/year

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with an innovative and fast-growing renewable energy company to help find a skilled Electrical Engineer with a PE license to join their expanding team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design commercial solar panel systems and associated electrical infrastructure
• Coordinate with permitting authorities and utility providers to ensure code compliance
• Develop in-depth knowledge of battery storage systems and EV charging technology
• Create and implement standardized engineering practices and workflows
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain adherence to state and national electrical codes and safety standards
• Work cross-functionally to support innovation and quality in project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one in Oklahoma quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of power systems, circuits, and construction standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

• Electrical Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering degree with significant electrical experience
• Exposure to solar energy systems, battery integration, or EV infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in renewable energy projects or green technology
• Familiarity with permitting processes and electrical grid interconnects
