Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 base 
Location: Tulsa, OK 
Position: Audio Visual Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a growing organization to help find a skilled A/V Specialist to join their team!

This is a unique opportunity for someone who blends hands-on Audio/Visual technical expertise with a hunter mentality. If you're someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving real-world A/V pain points, and playing a key role in expanding service offerings, this role could be a perfect fit. This position is part of a strategic initiative to grow the company’s A/V division and offers strong potential for future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with both existing and prospective clients, offering A/V solutions, training, and expert support

• Develop and execute quarterly sales strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth in A/V services

• Create price quotes, develop bid responses, and prepare contracts and proposals

• Provide regular updates on in-house orders, sales activity, new opportunities, and outstanding proposals

• Collaborate directly with vendors to coordinate products, pricing, and availability

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in the Audio/Visual industry (implementation, design, or support)

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence presenting A/V solutions to clients

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel required)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the A/V space

• Experience building a sales pipeline and developing new client relationships

• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into technical A/V solutions
