Position: Sr Order to Cash Manager

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Order to Cash Manager to join their team!

Step into a pivotal role where you'll lead strategic billing and credit operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement efficient billing processes that enhance accountability and reporting. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and develop a high-performing billing and collections team
• Design scalable billing processes for multiple service lines
• Oversee the full Order-to-Cash cycle
• Evaluate customer credit risk and set terms
• Ensure timely collections and minimize aged receivables
• Provide regular reporting on AR aging and credit exposure
• Utilize ERP and AR tools to streamline processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in credit, collections, and billing
• 3+ years in a managerial role
• Experience in high-volume B2B logistics or supply chain
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP and AR systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s or MBA preferred
• Familiarity with EDI invoicing in logistics
• Experience with global customers
• Knowledge of trade finance tools
• Professional certification is a plus
