Desktop Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team!

Are you passionate about endpoint technology and ready to level up your impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, enterprise-level IT environment where you’ll be on the front lines of modernizing and supporting device management for thousands of end users.

Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
• Contribute to the enterprise migration of mobile device management to Microsoft Intune

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Exposure to Intune and Azure AD-based device management
• Desktop support experience including break/fix and remote troubleshooting
• 1+ years of experience supporting endpoints in an enterprise environment
