Compensation: Up to $71/hour
Location: Hybrid – Onsite in the Denver/Golden, CO area required 3x/week, with flexibility depending on meetings
Position: ERP Technical Implementation Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Technical Implementation Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale Workday implementation project within a reputable public sector organization. The role will support key technical aspects of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) transition from a legacy PeopleSoft system to Workday, touching critical business functions across HR, Payroll, and Financials. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role requiring technical expertise, project coordination, and the ability to work with internal teams and third-party vendors. The contract is expected to run for two years, making this an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking for a long-term, part-time engagement that can flex based on workload. Flexible weekly hours ranging from 10–40 depending on project needs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and coordination support for data migration from PeopleSoft to Workday
• Partner with internal teams and vendors on integration efforts, including design, development, and testing of data flows
• Lead test planning and coordination for Workday tenant builds across HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Manage incoming tickets with a Managed Services Provider supporting the legacy PeopleSoft system
• Serve as a liaison across technical, functional, and vendor teams to ensure deliverables are met and issues are escalated appropriately

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 4+ years in a technical ERP support role, preferably with Workday
• Experience executing a full data conversion from a legacy system to a SaaS platform (PeopleSoft to Workday highly preferred)
• 1+ year supporting technical integrations (e.g., API, SQL, ETL, SFTP, authentication methods)
• Familiarity with tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, or Web Services
• 2+ years of experience working with HR, Payroll, or Financial processes in an ERP environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Background in project management or coordination
• Strong business analysis skills and familiarity with test strategies
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience
