Position: Division Order Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Division Order Analyst to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable and stable company that values growth and development. As a Division Order Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper distribution of revenue from mineral production and maintaining accurate mineral ownership records. This role offers exposure to title analysis, legal documentation, revenue distribution, and collaborative project work—making it ideal for someone who is eager to grow their expertise in energy operations. The company is growing and looking to add a sharp and detail-oriented analyst to support its expanding portfolio of wells.
Responsibilities:

Analyze leases, contracts, title opinions, operating agreements, and legal documents to calculate division of interest

Review title documentation and update internal records
-
Process documentation related to changes in payment or billing status

Modify ownership interests in joint interest billing, revenue, and land decks

Analyze and process accounting directives
-
Research and verify new owner setup information
-
Resolve quality control reports and title discrepancies

Research and resolve division order discrepancies for internal stakeholders

Participate in acquisition and divestiture processes related to division order analysis
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Basic knowledge of oil and gas practices and policies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Exposure to division order analysis or land administration
-
Familiarity with legal and contractual documentation in oil and gas
-
Experience with acquisitions or divestitures in the energy sector
