Position: Digital Banking Business Analyst

Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: HYBRID — Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

We’re looking for a business analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, finance, and strategy — someone who can translate business goals into clear technical deliverables and confidently engage with senior leadership.

This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how technology supports financial operations, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT, helping translate financial and operational goals into actionable technology plans
• Partner closely with developers, product teams, and executives to align digital initiatives with business strategy
• Define and refine project requirements, workflows, and technical specifications within the SDLC framework
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional digital banking projects, ensuring progress aligns with scope and goals
• Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior and executive leadership
• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner within a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum practices, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience supporting or managing digital or financial systems
• Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with executive leadership
• Strategic thinker who can translate complex problems into actionable insights
• Technical fluency and familiarity with financial platforms, APIs, and integration workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or digital product environments
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology solutions to organizational goals
• Confidence presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making
• Prior Project Management Experience
