Position: SCADA Developer

Compensation: $125,000 – $130,000 

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SCADA Developer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in Houston as a SCADA Developer, where you’ll dive into new feature development for a large-scale SCADA system. This role offers the chance to work closely with a tight-knit team and contribute to a real-time watch room environment. With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, this is a chance to make a significant impact. The position is open due to new headcount needs, providing a unique opportunity to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop new features for a large SCADA system
• Collaborate with a small, focused team
• Handle on-call duties once every four weeks
• Work closely with real-time watch room operations
• Communicate effectively across various teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 years of hands-on professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Basic Linux navigation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SCADA system experience
• Experience with large-scale databases
• Comfortable in a low-social team environment
