Position: NOC Manager

Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled NOC Manager to join their team!

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a cutting-edge Network Operations Center? This is your chance to join a thriving company dedicated to innovation and excellence. As the NOC Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless network operations and delivering top-tier service to clients. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of NOC technicians and engineers
• Oversee real-time monitoring of client networks and systems
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of network incidents
• Set performance goals and conduct regular team meetings
• Develop and implement NOC processes and best practices
• Coordinate with internal teams for efficient service delivery
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents and network status
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of system engineer experience
• Experience managing technical teams in a 24/7 environment
• Strong background in incident management and problem resolution
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Citrix, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications in network security or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Understanding of network security principles
