Compensation: $90,000-$110,000

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Accounting Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Manager to join their team!

You’ll have the opportunity to work onsite, lead or support the treasury function, and contribute to accurate, timely financial operations while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury operations and oversee department staff. 

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, banking transactions, and reconciliations.

• Manage property tax and government accounting functions.

• Provide strategic oversight for investments and treasury-related initiatives.

• Supervise accounting staff and maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Treasury experience 

• Government accounting experience

• Property tax experience 

• Banking experience (preferred) 

• Supervisory and accounting management experience

• Strong background in journal entries and reconciliations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Investment experience is a plus 

• Previous public sector accounting experience

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
