Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll lead complex HVAC system designs, ensuring sustainability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead execution of complex HVAC designs using advanced techniques
• Conduct energy modeling and feasibility studies
• Drive innovation in system selection and sustainability strategies
• Oversee production of construction documents and specifications
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-discipline design efforts
• Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables on key projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attend client meetings and lead technical discussions
• Support business development through project interviews and presentations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• 15+ years in mechanical building systems design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage complex projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with energy modeling software like Trane TRACE, EnergyPlus
• Experience with state/government projects
