Position: Desktop Support Specialist

Compensation: $20 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team!

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start and grow your career in IT. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a hunger to learn.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide functional and technical support to associates
• Support in-house applications and software
• Manage 30-40 tickets a day
• Engage with internal and external customers effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer service experience
• Eager to learn and grow in IT
• Interest in pursuing education or career growth
