Position: Physical Therapist

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Vinita, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Initiate and administer appropriate patient treatments
• Progress patient treatment as goals are met
• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient charges
• Provide instruction to patients and healthcare providers
• Evaluate patients and plan appropriate treatments
• Participate in continuing education activities
• Assist with training new Physical Therapy employees
• Coordinate daily work assignments and delegate tasks
• Attend departmental meetings and in-services

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization
• 0 – 6 months of related experience
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in patient/family education and home program documentation
• Ability to lead others in the same work performed
• Knowledge of care path guidelines
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and staff

Other Information:

• Position involves direct patient care and interaction
• Schedule: Days 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
