Position: Sales Manager

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Manager to join their team!

Join a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions as a Sales Manager. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, collaborate across departments, and build lasting customer relationships while driving operational excellence. The position is open due to the company’s growth and expansion in the National Accounts division, specializing in refrigeration solutions for leading national grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and develop the Sales Operations team
• Oversee sales order processes for established products
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues
• Optimize systems and workflows for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales processes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Proficient with project management software
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or OEM equipment industries
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Work primarily in an office environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing sites
• Travel up to 10% as business needs require
