Position: Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $45,000 – $45,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in a high-activity outside sales role where you’ll drive new business growth by positioning our client as the network provider of choice. This is an exciting opportunity to acquire new accounts and generate recurring monthly revenue within an assigned territory. If you are passionate about sales and looking for a role with no overnights or weekends, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Promote and sell a portfolio of Voice and Data solutions
• Deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective customers
• Coordinate with teams to support customer transition
• Establish clear customer expectations for smooth onboarding
• Maintain records of activities using Salesforce.com
• Complete sales proposals and documentation
• Participate in training programs to stay informed
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in prospecting and account development
• Strong technical aptitude in telecommunications or technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of industry trends
