Position: Docusign CLM Technical Lead

Compensation: $60 – $80 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Docusign CLM Technical Lead to join their team!

This role is open due to an urgent need for expertise in Docusign workflows, and it offers the opportunity to work fully remotely. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead Docusign platform support and enhancements
• Configure and troubleshoot complex workflows
• Delegate tasks to assigned Infosys resources
• Ensure project success and meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Provide technical leadership and guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Docusign workflow experience
• Strong understanding of Docusign workflow logic
• Experience in workflow configurations and enhancements
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with remote team collaboration
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Familiarity with other e-signature platforms
